ian's brew journey

Rosehip, Molasses, Spicy

Social activists whose drive and commitment to coffee production stem from their own experience of displacement. After relocating from Caquetá, Fernando and Alejandra began rebuilding their livelihoods through agriculture, gradually moving from crops to specialty coffee, rooted in long-term stability and care for the land. Motivated to do things differently, Fernando has focused on planting uncommon varietals such as this Chiroso, rather than the more widely grown regional varieties.
