This is a spectacular value natural Red Bourbon variety Burundi, contributed to by smallholder farmers, in Mutambu, Mumirwa. Flavour wise, expect juicy blackberry, almond (in a creamy, marzipan style-way) and a zing of lime. Juicy and fruity, this is a great choice for dialling in your filter brews on a V60, Chemex or AeroPress. We also love these East African filter roasts for cold brew. As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the clarity, fruity flavours and crisp acidity shine through.
