A crowd favourite at Dublin Coffee Festival, Karambi is a versatile washed Rwandan that makes for a classic filter or a complex espresso. Produced at the Karambi Washing Station by around 1,500 smallholder farmers, the Red Bourbon cherries are processed in a fully washed style that emphasises a citrusy acidity in the cup.
