Golden sits on the 'Top Shelf' level from Native, with cherries sourced from the famed Finca El Paraiso. Golden Hour benefits from a double anaerobic thermal shock Castillo process together with a roast profile to produce a sensory combination of lychee, honey and peach with a hint of apple acidity. All of Native's coffees are profiled to be as fantastic in filter as they are in espresso.
