- Grind: 660µm
- Temperature: 86°C
- Time: 3:05
- Filter: Paper (x1)

## Steps

1. Rinse filter
2. Add 14g coffee
3. Bloom with 15ml, gentle swirl, wait 45s
4. Pour to 60ml in concentric circles by 1:00, at 0:45
5. Pour to 100ml by 1:30, at 1:00
6. Gentle swirl, drawdown complete by ~3:00
7. Add 95ml bypass water
