- Grind: 870µm
- Temperature: 95°C
- Time: 3:00
- Filter: Paper (x2)

## Steps

1. Rinse filter
2. Add 15g coffee at 29 clicks
3. Bloom 45ml, strong swirl
4. Pour remaining 211ml at 95°C at 0:30
5. Gentle stir x0 at 0:50
6. Start pressing at 3:00
7. Finish by ~3:30

This is a spectacular value natural Red Bourbon variety Burundi, contributed to by smallholder farmers, in Mutambu, Mumirwa.

Flavour wise, expect juicy blackberry, almond (in a creamy, marzipan style-way) and a zing of lime. Juicy and fruity, this is a great choice for dialling in your filter brews on a V60, Chemex or AeroPress. We also love these East African filter roasts for cold brew. As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the clarity, fruity flavours and crisp acidity shine through.
